Daily yoga, postural stretching, yoga nidra and meditation lessons are offered each morning and afternoon in our open air roof terrace or in our tiny yoga studio. Our goal is explorating and encourages your personal growth during classes. We shared a variety of disciplines that can introduced you to get immersed into the deep and vast philosophy. Our daily program is based on Stretching Yoga, Postural Stretching class & Nidra Yoga.
All levels are welcome.
Focus on releasing stress, strengthening your body, and energy flow. Instruction is catered to each participant to create the ideal pace for all.  The main objective of this discipline is progressive muscle relaxation through a series of exercises intended for athletes. The lesson combines the traditional techniques of Pilates and Yoga using stretching and breathing techniques to improve physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. 
Yoga nidra is one of the deepest forms of meditations, leading awareness through many levels of mental processes to a state of profound stillness and insight. In Yoga nidra, one leaves the Waking state, goes beyond the Dreaming state, and enters into Dreamless Sleep while remaining awake.

Accomodation

We are located in the quiet Berber village of Tamraght on the Atlantic coast, 500 meters from the beach, a few kilometres North of Agadir and 4 km south of Taghazout. With over 300 days of sunshine a year and an average temperature between 23° and 29°, Tamraght is designed for the perfect surf, dance and yoga trip. The traditional souk (a type of flea market) is held every Wednesday. It's filled with colors and smells of fresh produce, spices, textiles, and jewelry. The distant sound of waves hitting the beach gives the market a pleasant atmosphere.

Location

Each room has been carefully designed and decorated in an exotic, eclectic fusion of east and west to create a stylish and warm atmosphere. If you want to experience a surf camp vibe without compromising the feel of a luxurious retreat, share a room! Shared and triple rooms contain 3-4 large single beds with a shared bathroom. If you are traveling solo, Wave & Dance will match you up with 2-3 great roommates. Single and double rooms are also available.

Food

Enjoy a healthy and balanced diet throughout your stay with meals featuring various traditional staples and delicacies, such as tagine and couscous. All meals include a variety of organic products and are prepared in collaboration with a Swiss chef specializing in sports nutrition. Fruits and refreshments are also provided throughout the day. 

Vegan, Vegetarian, gluten free and lactose free meals can be catered, please ask us more info during your booking.

Class information & Instructors
Class start the day after your arrival.

​Surf Lessons: Experience professional coaching in small groups (8 surfers per instructor, MAX), with the aim of providing a safer more personalized surfing experience. Enjoy daily detailed debriefing analysis after classes for faster progress. We run two surfing lessons daily from 9.30am to 4pm. Note: Daily schedule may vary due to surf and weather conditions (tides and wave size).

Postural stretching Yoga Lessons: Focus on releasing stress, strengthening your body, and energy flow. Instruction is catered to each participant to create the ideal pace for all.
Practice yoga on a cozy, beautiful rooftop terrace with an amazing partial ocean view.

Dance Lessons:

All levels of surfers, dancers and yoga students are welcome at Wave & Dance surf camp in Tamraght.

All lessons are adapted to your ability and experience, so make sure you refer your level when you are book a holiday with us.

From beginner to advanced, we will take your surfing to the next level!

You can choose your level during the booking process. (By the way at your arrival our professional instructors will evaluate your abilities and together you will work on improving your level)

We have a laundry services (2 Euro per washing machine) so you don't need to carry a lot of clothes.

Pick up Service - Marrakech Transfers & Taxi Service
Pick up Service
We provide free pick up service from/to Agadir Bus Station or Agadir airport. (Agadir Airport only with 7 night min. pachages)

Rerevations for free pick up service must be made at least 7 days prior to your arrival, or the free pick up service will be cancelled and additional charges for scheduling a transfer service will be apply.

Once you arrive in Agadir Bus Station a taxi will come to pick you up, the driver will be waiting at the arrival hall, holding a sign with " Wave & Dance" on it.
The taxi driver will be at the airport or bus station 10 minutes before the arrival time and wait there for another 40 minutes for free. There after waiting time will be charged: AGADIR BUS STATION 15 Euro or AGADIR AIRPORT 30 euro per way.

While you booking a pickup service, it is required to provide a telephone number to be contactable when arriving in Morocco. In case of delay caused by the traffic, weather conditions or any other factors which could not be influenced by our part, Wave & Dance does not take any responsibility.

Wave & Dance does not refund any alternative transfer taken by clients (taxi, train or bus).
Marrakech Transfers​
Most of Wave & Dance surf camp guests flying to Marrakech with Easyjet or Ryanair. If you are coming from Marrakesh you can travel by Bus or taxi or rent a car to us. Supratours and CTM are internationals bus companies equipped with air-conditioning, and will charge you around 12€ per way. Once you arrive in Agadir Bus Station a taxi will come to pick you up, the driver will be waiting at the arrival hall, holding a sign with " Wave & Dance" on it.
If you would like to travel in higher comfort to us we can send you a official taxi directly in Marrakech Airport at all hours of day and night, the driver will be waiting at the arrival hall, holding a sign with your name on it.
