This idyllic, lovingly restored finca is indeed the very heart of Ibiza Retreats and the home of many of our group retreats. Located in the heart of the island – just 5 minutes from Santa Eularia, 10 minutes from Santa Gertrudis and San Lorenzo, 10 minutes drive from the sparkling turquoise waters of Cala Nova Beach In 2016, all of our Nourish: Women for Women, empowerment retreats, Get Glowing and Harmonise retreats are being held here. And in between… we are offering Casa Lakshmi Luz for teachers & group leaders who want to enjoy the magic of this special boutique retreat space – and, in August we are offering her privately for families, who want to enjoy wonderful, retreatful holidays here, parents can enjoy pampering, whilst children are creatively entertained! A warm, welcoming and spacious environment set in beautiful gardens, dating back over 200 years, which has been refurbished to the highest of standards, incorporating all of life’s modern day comforts, whilst retaining the traditional charm of traditional island architecture. Rooms are thoughtfully planned out, many with their own entrances, offering a feeling of overall spaciousness rarely encountered in such soulful Fincas. The beautifully maintained and carefully designed gardens surround an inviting pool area, with plenty of shaded spots and colourful hammocks, to take a quiet moment or siestas. Your booking includes a deep clean at the end of your stay. Arrival & departure times: are 4pm arrival and 10am departure Saturday – Saturday booking. A home from home where you can fully relax, unwind and breathe into your chosen retreat. As you enter the main doors, you step into the indoor Shala, multi-purpose haven for Yoga, holding up to 16 x comfortably, Meditation for up to 20 x, the shala is intimate and atmospheric for workshops, equipped with a music system to create the desired ambience and offers a fully stocked yoga props cupboard, complete with blankets and sheepskins. Step outside onto the pool terraces and chill-out gardens, with Moroccan influences, there are many spaces to rest your head, siesta, relax and dream – choose from sun or shade, comfy sun lounger or colourful hammock. From the pool-garden, step through the door into the exquisite outdoor Yoga Garden, where the yoga deck for up to 20 x students and teacher is embraced by intertwining vines, providing a wonderful space to practice in the open air, with the pond full of lotus flowers and chirruping frogs, interplaying with the sweet sounds of birdsong. Enjoy the aromatic fragrance of the fruit trees in flower, pick a sweet Nispero fruit, or go for a wonderful circular walk around Casa Lakshmi through peaceful forests and past sheep grazing next to stunning Andalucian horses. The inside living areas provide a huge kitchen, indoor dining for up to 30, a dedicated treatment or 1:1 consultation room, an office and a second sitting room, and even a ‘tea & juice bar’ space for your perfect break out times. With central heating and classical estufa (log burning stove) to provide a cosy all-weather atmosphere, Casa Lakshmi is equipped for summer and/or winter. One of the few retreat locations in Ibiza where you can enjoy the magic of nature and also the warmth and intimacy of diving inwards, indoors.
We work with an inspiring and passionate team of chefs who just love to create spectacular and nourishing spreads, using Ibiza’s freshest, seasonal produce and blending their international influences, from Ayurveda to raw, macrobiotic to grain-free, all chefs are nutritionally focused, to offer healthy, delicious cuisine. Whilst what we serve is predominantly vegetarian, with a recombination for gluten, dairy and sugar free, of course different needs can be catered for and we offer superb nutritionists to host workshops and tailor the menus should you require this. Meal times are designed to suit your itinerary. Welcoming you warmly – whilst giving you all the space you need We have a wonderful house-carer in the very background, to ensure that all house-details can be swiftly and easily taken care of. Our Ibiza Retreats office is in the casita in the back of the property, so during the day, Monday – Friday we can be reached if necessary, offering an extra sense of security for your group.
