Tara’s classes focus on the discovery of embodied anatomy, bringing to the yogic tradition a scientific yet playful study of the movement vocabulary of the body and the ever-expanding perceptual awareness of the human mind. In 2014 Tara co-created the School of Embodied Flow™ to bring her current passions together into a modern movement of Yoga. For the last 7 years she has been a featured teacher as part of the yogaglo.com team, allowing the yoga conversation to stream around the globe. In 2010 Tara moved from her home base in Los Angeles to direct a yoga program and retreat center in Bali, Indonesia. Since the close of 2011, she has had no fixed base, leading to her current schedule facilitating workshops, retreats and teacher trainings worldwide. Embodied Flow is a continuum of movement and expression that draws from the discoveries of various hatha, tantric and somatic movement systems in order to experience yoga as a living art form. Embodied Flow™ provides the technology for a deep sense of ease, strength and connectivity in the human form. This in turn, empowers the practitioner to be their own greatest teacher as they expand, integrate and facilitate awareness in their entire body-mind. Embodied Flow™ was created by Tara Judelle and Scott Lyons.
